SDU 630

"Universal" workshop welding machines capable of pipes butt welding machines piping and reduced Tees (manifolds).
SDU also, thanks to its pivoting clamps, can fabricate segmented bends up to an angle of 30°.
These machines are equipped with a double heating mirror and clamps that can be positioned
depending on the type of welding to be carried out.
They are also equipped with an electric facing tool, which is necessary for butt welding.
Other types of clampscan be supplied on request for the fabrication of special parts (90° tees, crosses, 45°/90° Tees).
SDU 630 is available either with a manual hydraulic power unit or with automatic CNC welding control.

In addition, an on-board drill can be supplied for drilling freshly welded leads.
