SDU 315

"Universal" workshop welding machines capable of welding pipes butt welding and reduced Tees (manifolds).
SDU also, thanks to its pivoting clamps, can fabricate segmented bends up to an angle of 30°.
These machines are equipped with a double heating heating mirror lifting device and clamps that can be positioned
depending on the type of welding to be carried out.
They are also equipped with an electric facing tool, which is necessary for butt welding.
Other types of clamps can be supplied on request for the fabrication of special parts (90° tees, crosses, 45°/90° slabs).
SDU 315 is available either with a manual hydraulic power unit or with automatic CNC welding control.

In addition, an on-board drill can be supplied for drilling freshly welded leads.
