SDI 1200
Machines designed for making in-series reduced Tees (manifolds) in PE and PP. Using special bushes, it is possible to make a reduced Tee with a single weld!
Machines with hydraulic movement and manual settings, allow different diameters of the main pipe to be welded with different diameters of the branch.
A V-clamp and two solid belts hold the main pipe in place, and a third perpendicular clamp tightens the fitting to be welded, which is moved by a hydraulic cylinder for perfect welding.
SDI 1200 also has two other features that distinguish it from the smaller SDI models:
- ability to weld offset branches
- optional on-board drill for drilling the pipe after welding
