SLG 2000 CNC
CNC-controlled automatic welding machine suitable for butt welding of plastic sheets such as PE (2-40 mm thick), PP (2-50 mm thick) and also suitable
for welding honeycomb panels (Paneltim®, Simona®, etc.).
It is equipped with hydraulic pressers divided into segments, each with hydraulic clamping, so as to
ensure uniformity of sheet clamping, even with short pieces of sheet.
A LED light illuminates the welding area for precise positioning of the sheets.
It can be equipped with a sheets winding device with three independent motors that can be controlled
separately via a convenient push-button panel; this allows the user to be able to precisely control the pulling of the belts and the perfect winding of the slab.
In addition, the two side winding rollers can be positioned as desired depending on the width of the slab.
The machine can also be equipped with the 90° welding device (maximum weldable thickness: 30 mm).
- Basic machine with table for slabs up to 2000 mm complete with hydraulic system, hydraulic and sectored pressing bars.
- CNC control console. Automatic welding cycle for PP, PE, PVC and other materials. Custom programs can be added.
- Foot pedals to control the pressers during loading phases.
- Manual curb lever.
Accessories:
- 90° welding device, consisting of suction cup system for gripping vertical sheets.
Vacuum pump on board the machine. No compressed air connection required.
Retractable guides for precise positioning of the vertical sheet.
Automatic heating mirror positioning depending on the set thickness.
Additional frame complete with brackets and pushers for anchoring large slabs. - Three-motors sheets winding device: allows one operator to make a virola and obtain a tube from a sheet. Comes complete with: three-belt device with adjustable position.
Control of the three independent motors + general button. It is also possible to exclude 1 or 2 belts.
