POLY 75

The POLY series machines are the ideal solution to the problems of socket welding of PP, PE, and PVDF pipes and fittings in both thermal sanitary and industrial applications.
They have a versatile and lightweight structure and are equipped with a heating mirror with two types of temperature control, which ensures greater accuracy when working.
The PTFE-coated bushings have the prescribed taper, complying with the strictest European standards including DVS 2208-1.
In the POLY 75, machine movement is via a handy handwheel. It is equipped with a caulking depth selector that automatically adjusts the depth according to the selected diameter, stops for positioning the tube or fitting, two prismatic clamps, and polyfusion temperature adjustment.
