POLY 110 M

The POLY series machines are the ideal solution to the problems of socket welding of PP, PE, and PVDF pipes and fittings in both thermal sanitary and industrial applications.
They have a versatile and lightweight structure and are equipped with a heating mirror with two types of temperature control, which ensures greater accuracy when working.
The PTFE-coated bushings have the prescribed tapered shape, complying with the strictest European standards including DVS 2208-1.
In the POLY 110M, machine movement is by means of a practical lever. It is equipped with a caulking depth selector that automatically adjusts the depth according to the selected diameter, stops for positioning the pipe or fitting, prismatic clamps that allow the attachment of different tibi of tube or fitting, and polyfusion temperature adjustment.

The Poly 110 is available in both a manual version ("Poly 110 M") with manual mechanical movement
