POLY 110 P

The POLY series machines are the ideal solution to socket fusion jobs and are suitable fot the welding of PP, PE, and PVDF pipes and fittings in both thermal sanitary and industrial applications.
They have a versatile and lightweight structure and are equipped with a heating mirror complete with temperature control, which ensures great accuracy when working.
The PTFE-coated bushings have the prescribed tapered shape complying with the strictest European standards, including DVS 2208-1.
POLY 110P is hydraulic moved. It is equipped with a caulking depth selector that automatically adjusts the depth according to the selected diameter, stoppers for positioning the pipe or fitting, prismatic clamps that allow to clamp different kinds of pipes and fittings, and polyfusion temperature adjustment.

The Poly 110 is available in both a manual version ("Poly 110 M") with manual mechanical movement
