ESTRO 840

The ESTRO 840 portable granule extruder is designed and manufactured for welding plastic materials such as polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) and PVDF.
It features a new screw that makes it more efficient, a new design that  disperse heat more effectively and thus prevent burns, a new 360-degree rotatable shoe holder, and a shoe from which hot air flows directly to heat the material to be welded.
In addition, the handle can also be rotated and positioned according to preference.
The motor drill beyond drives the granule feed and allows the granule to be extruded into the extrusion chamber in the form of a plasticized bead. The loose material will take shape in the PTFE shoe, shaped as required.
The extruder is equipped with a led-light that allows the welding area to be illuminated in poor visibility conditions.
The temperature is set via the electronic thermostat and can be
besides checked via a handy analog thermometer.
For operating the extruder, a connection to a compressed air line is required in addition to the mains connection.
It is supplied with a 90° sheet welding shoe and a straight shoe that can be shaped according to requirements.
