ESTRO 620

The ESTRO 620 portable wire extruder is designed and manufactured for welding with 3-4 mm diameter wire of plastic materials such as polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP).
It features a design designed to disperse heat more effectively and thus prevent burns, a new 360-degree rotatable shoe holder, and a shoe from which hot air flows directly to heat the material to be welded. In addition, the handle is also rotatable and can be positioned according to preference.
The motor drill beyond operates the wire feed, which is done automatically and allows the wire to be extruded into the extrusion chamber in the form of a plasticized bead. The loose material will take shape in the PTFE shoe shaped according to requirements.
The temperature is checked by means of a handy analog thermometer.
ESTRO 620 is distinguished by its extremely light weight and ease of use, making it particularly suitable for working in awkward positions and making repairs.
It is available both as a heater-only version (ESTRO 620D, requires an external air source) and as a version with an integrated blower (Estro 620T).
It comes with a 90-degree slab welding shoe and a versatile conical shoe.
