Machines designed for the fabrication of segmented bends of district heating pipelines (made of PE with steel inner pipe).
This particular type of welding is done through the use of opening splitting heating mirrors that allow the welding of the polyethylene bend even in the presence of the inner pipe.
Depending on the diameters, the splitting heating mirrors can be manually, pneumatically or hydraulically opened.

T2 WELDING manufactures several models of machines for the production of segmented bends for district heating. Currently the largest welding machine reaches diameter 1600 mm.

Depending on production needs, the machines can be customized with two or three clamps, with or without an electric facing tool, and with a hoist for handling the splitting heating mirrors.
