Data Logger
LDU3 is the new data logger from T2 Welding.
A small box with wi-fi transmitter that, connected to your butt welder, communicates via app to your Android tablet.
The app is simple and intuitive, the operator only needs to:
enter the data of the tube to be welded and choose the welding standard;
perform the welding with the parameters automatically calculated by the app; CHEESE! The report is ready!
On the tablet, the graph of
weld at each stage can be viewed in real time.
The report, exported as a PDF, including the graph, can be enriched with photos of the operator and the weld.
Available for all PT models and for PL 315C and 400C.
- The PDF report is saved in the tablet and contains:
- Data entered of workpieces to be welded
- Parameters used and outcome of welding
- Operator data, job number, date, time, outdoor temperature.
- GPS coordinates
- Time/pressure graph
- Photos of the operator and figure can be included at each stage (individual parts, alignment, welding, ...)
LDU3 is compatible with pre-existing PT models, starting from the year 2006.
