PT 2700 HP
Trench butt welding machine for pipes up to d. 2700 mm, mounted on towable and steerable trolley.
It is able to weld according to ASTM and other High Pressure welding standards.
The machine is equipped with all possible hydraulic movements and automatic welding cycle with CNC control. Specifically, it mounts:
- Clamps d. 2720 mm with hydraulic opening, closing and clamping
- Electric facing tool with hydraulic movement
- heating mirror with hydraulic movement
- Height-adjustable side rollers
- Hydraulic stabilizers
- Basic d. 160 mm 2-cylinder machine, consisting of four light alloy clamps and with automatic heating mirror release device.
- Removable electric facing tool with reversible blades, stop and safety microswitch.
- Removable PTFE-coated heating mirror with electronic temperature control and independent reading analog thermometer.
- Electrohydraulic control unit complete with pressure regulation, by-pass valve and accumulator.
- Ground support for heating mirror and facing tool.
