AUTOMATIC LOGS WELDING MACHINE

Automatic-cycle, pneumatically driven machine for welding customer-supplied custom parts between 50 mm and 110 mm in diameter.
The PLC controls the welding cycles of parts of different sizes at each stage of processing.
Clamping vices and insertion of the plate and facing tool take place through pneumatic cylinders, as well as the movement of the trolley.
All work steps are in this way very fast and safe.

The selector on the console additionally allows switching to manual welding, so that the machine can also weld parts outside the standard production if needed.
