TWO-STATION CAPS WELDER

This special welding machine is designed to weld and process special items  provided by the customer.
These are two caps to be welded to the two ends of a cylinder made of polypropylene, the final product is used to contain filter elements for water.
Thanks to the adjustments in the machine, filter containers of different lengths can be obtained, depending on the requirements.
The machine performs two welds at the same time, the welding cycles the movements are automatic and controlled by the CNC cycle.

When the welds are complete, the machine performs the turning of the weld edge for perfect product appearance and without having to move the product or have to intervene in the machine tooling.
