Automatic welding machine for manifolds

Special welding machine designed for welding branches on pipelines and PE filters.
The special configuration allows both the production of special parts and manifolds in series with constant distance.

Fittings can be welded onto filters (even misaligned filters) on either side of the filter body, using the provided clamp, with a maximum offset from the filter center of 150mm in either direction.

With another equipment, the machine can fabricate manifolds in series on the same pipeline. In fact, the machine, properly programmed, will move the pipe by the desired value and for the number of repetitions set by the operator.
