Automatic log welding machine

Welding machine designed to perform welding of smoke inspection branches
on PP piping to drawing.

The machine also performs internal drilling of the branch after welding.

The work cycle is fully automatic.
The machine movements are made by pneumatic cylinders that ensure maximum precision and speed, while the drill is adjusted by the supplied drill.
It is possible to adjust the distance of the branch from the edge of the
pipe.
The machine is supplied with 2 foot pedals respectively for:
- opening and closing the pipe clamp
- locking or unlocking the branch socket on the clamp
The machine supplied with a fixed perimeter protection and is also equipped with an optical barrier that stops the cycle in case of accidental intrusion. There is a transparent panel (D) on the front of the clamp that limits frontal access and reduces the risk of crushing when closing the clamp.
