Butt welding of large pipelines:
we have made butt welding machines for pipelines over 3000 mm in diameter. Our welding machines are suitable for different types of pipelines: from low to high pressure, especially for welding polyethylene and polypropylene pipes used for various kinds of installations, such as transporting large amounts of water for cooling in refineries or irrigation.
The special care taken in their construction, their sturdiness and the use of lightweight materials such as aluminum make our welding machines very suitable and appreciated by our customers in the mining sector.

Chemistry and electroplating
Polypropylene is a plastic material used in the presence of acids or other substances that can corrode, deteriorate, or transform other materials (metals or otherwise).
Polypropylene has several properties, in particular it is distinguished by its high chemical resistance, which makes it ideal for thechemical industry and galvanic plants for metal treatment. It is also a material that is easily welded, either butt to butt or with sheets-welding machines and by means of portable extruders.

Tanning and pharmaceutical industry
Polypropylene (PP) is used for the production of pipelines for the transmission of water and chemically aggressive fluids. Polypropylene in sheets is used to produce workshop vessels, filters, tanks, containers, barrels for leather processing, etc.

Thermoplastics

This is why they are used for fruit and vegetable washing and grading equipment.
At the same time, the chemical, elasticity and strength characteristics of polyethylene are exploited to make pools, floating equipment, buoys and boats in thefish farming industry and beyond.
Welded and laidsheets form the basis for swimming pools, and in the same sphere, two caps can be welded onto standard pipes and serve as a casing for water filtration.

This complex piping system can then be made of butt-welded polyethylene.
